I take your privacy seriously, and information you provide on this website will be used only for the purposes for which you have supplied it. It will not be sold, shared with, or transferred to third parties for any purposes, other than those outlined below.

Purchases on the BLUF UK Store

When you purchase from the BLUF UK Store, which is operated by SubDirectory Ltd, your payment will be processed by Square or Stripe. Your card details and address information are securely stored by the payment providers and will not be used for any other purpose. Address information may be shared with the manufacturers of on-demand items, which are shipped directly to you. Those providers include Gelato, Printful and Prodigi. Your address will not be passed to any third parties for any other reason.

If you use a BLUF card to claim a discount on your purchase, it will be verified by sharing the card number with BLUF Ltd.

Payments for items sold on this website

Your payment is processed by Stripe. Your email address will be stored, and may be used to send you receipts or delivery information, where required. It will not be used for marketing. Card details are stored securely by Stripe, and are not processed or stored by SubDirectory Ltd.

Tips payments via Ko-Fi

Your payment is processed by Stripe. Your email address will be stored by Ko-Fi, who provide the tip service, but will not be used for any other purpose.

Email subscriptions

If you enter your address in one of the sign up forms on the site, your email address will be shared with Sender.net, an EU-based email provider. It will be used to send you transactional emails, such as sign-up confirmations, and to update your about the topic for which you subscribed. It will not be passed to anyone else.

Product delivery

If you have requested a product that is delivered to you in a physical format, other than on-demand items from the BLUF UK Store, your postal address data will be shared with Royal Mail to create postage labels. It will not be used for any other purpose.

Data protection

If you have data protection queries, including Subject Access Requests, please send them by email to hello@subdirectory.uk.

If you request deletion of your data, note that we will be required to keep records of payments, for tax and accounting purposes. All other data will be deleted.
